RETURN POLICY

All Sales Are Final
By purchasing services or placing a deposit with J9’s Luxury Auto Detailing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Non-Refundable Deposits – Deposits are required to secure your service appointment and are strictly non-refundable. Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of the service.
   

Non-Refundable Purchases – All payments made for services, packages, and custom work (including detailing, paint protection film, ceramic coating, and vinyl services) are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

2. Rescheduling – Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits will be applied to the new appointment date. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit.

   Exception: Inclement weather, school closures of D11.
   

3. Service Completion – Once services are rendered, no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted for any reason. Making your final payment is a transactional agreement that you the customer are satisfied with the work performed.
   

By booking or making a payment, the customer acknowledges and accepts this No Refund Policy.
