Inclement Weather Policy – J9’s Luxury Auto Detailing

At J9’s Luxury Auto Detailing, the safety of our guests and our team always come first. During times of severe or hazardous weather, our normal operations may be temporarily adjusted or suspended to ensure safe travel and working conditions.

The decision to delay opening or close the shop is based on road conditions, local advisories, and community safety indicators such as D11 school district closures and official weather warnings. Final closure decisions are made by management with safety as the top priority.

Customer Notification

If a closure or delay is necessary, affected customers will be notified as early as possible by text and/or phone call. We make every effort to provide timely communication so you can plan accordingly.

Appointments & Rescheduling

All appointments impacted by inclement weather will be rescheduled at the earliest available date that works for you. No services will be forfeited due to weather-related closures.

Partial-Day Changes

In some cases, weather conditions may require delayed openings or early closures. If this occurs, customers with affected appointments will be contacted promptly to adjust scheduling.
