Internship

Getting started in detailing can be brutal when every shop wants experience but nobody wants to be the first to train you. Our internship is built to fix that. You’ll work inside a controlled, professional shop environment and learn how real high-standard detailing is done from start to finish: safe wash methods, interior restoration, chemical handling, tool care, quality control, and how to produce consistent results without cutting corners. It’s structured training, daily coaching, and clear expectations so you can build real skill, confidence, and a portfolio of work you’re proud to put your name on. We have low turn over and few opportunities to invest in people. If you have no experience everyone starts as a detailer.

Do I need experience to apply?

Not always. If you’re reliable, coachable, and take pride in doing things the right way, we can train the right person. For skilled roles like PPF, tint, or wrap, experience is required.

What are the typical hours?

Depends on demand, experience and availability.

What does “high standards” actually mean here?

Clean work, no shortcuts, no guessing, and no hiding mistakes. We follow process, protect the vehicle, communicate clearly, and deliver a finish you’d be proud to put your name on.

What should I include in my application?

Your resume, your availability, and any links that show your work (photos, Instagram, portfolio, or before/after shots). We do reach out to past employers. If you’re new, tell us why you want this and what you’re doing to learn.

How does the pay work?

Depends on the position, experience and tenure with us. We pay flat rate 25%-35% plus tips, bonuses and more.

Is there a growth path?

Yes. High performers don’t stay stuck. We promote based on consistency, quality, and ownership. The better you get, the more responsibility and opportunity you earn. Everyone starts as a detailer - leadership positions or skilled spots come after 12 months with us.

What should I do before my appointment?

Usually a phone screen first, then an in-shop interview. Some roles include a paid working interview to confirm fit and skill. We aren't always hiring, please do not continue to call and ask to set up an interview. If you would like to stop by and meet the team we do allow this but please do not take up phone time, we're very busy.
